Creation of the project's brand and visual identity, website infrastructure, and visual guidelines and templates for project documents.
WP2 manages both internal communication within the consortium, and external communication beyond the consortium members. It ensures effective dissemination of project outcomes to all stakeholders — including the general public, policymakers, clinicians, and researchers — and fosters visibility and outreach through tailored messaging and a strong brand identity. WP2 is also leading JA PCM stakeholder engagement, fostering synergies with EU initiatives and engaging with national and European policymakers to increase the impact of JA PCM.

Elaborate a communication and dissemination plan to ensure high visibility and impact for the JA. This plan includes a dissemination strategy, a detailed framework for internal and external communication, and a stakeholder engagement strategy.
Upkeep of the website with latest news, ongoing activities, creation, maintenance, and update of social media channels, development and maintenance of newsletter, develop visual support, and support WPs for dissemination of specific activities.
Follow-up of the WP's deliverables and milestones, regular contacts with WP leads to get updates and send instructions, and encourage partners' collaboration in disseminating the project's news, events, and outputs.
