Evaluation

WP3 will develop an actionable PCM evaluation framework designed to assess PCM pilot/health interventions in terms of equity, impact, adoption, and scalability. Tailored to the needs of JA PCM, the framework will provide guidance and tools to maximize the outcomes of  innovative initiatives across personalised prevention, personalised medicine, and follow-up & tertiary prevention. Doing so, WP3 will offer self-assessment instruments, risk management oversight, and education and training activities to strengthen evaluation capacity and support the effective implementation, adoption and future scale-up of successful approaches.
